Hello, I'm Ron.
I am a practicing graphic designer with a forward-thinking approach to communicating through the tools and methodologies of good design. While I am a life long student of design, my passion for digital has led to a genuine focus on web, animation and interactive experiences. I relish dynamic typography, creative coding, time based/motion graphics, data visualization, visual literature and digital design authorship. I also have a passion for teaching. Developing new courses, collaborating on curriculum development, advising students and yes.... serving on academic committees. Most of all, I feed off of the curiosity and energy students bring to the design and discovery process. I believe that a good teacher is a good facilitator and that I have more to learn from them than they do from me.

I strive everyday to do great work and teach from a place of honesty and learned experience. While digital is a passion, I think of myself as a jack of all mediums. I'll speak at your conference. I'll teach your class. I'll design your identity. I'll layout your brochure. I'll code your website. I'll animate your logo. I'll film your wedding. I'll paint your portrait. I'll plant your garden and even cook you a delicious (vegetarian) meal. All to say... I'm ready to work.
